Welcome to The Luminous Realm. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with session details upon successful booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 2 hours notice, via email to charmingwhiteeyes@theluminousrealm.com
  • Each session may only be rescheduled once.
  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice are considered used.
  • Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided once a session is booked.
  • Exceptions may only be made for true emergencies, but cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are strictly non-refundable. This time was reserved for you and could have been booked by someone else.
  • If you believe you qualify for an emergency exception, please reach out at charmingwhiteeyes@theluminousrealm.com

Client Responsibility

  • Our services are intended for personal growth and spiritual guidance.
  • They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
  • Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.
