Let’s get one thing straight: healing is not all crystals and candlelight.
Sometimes it’s sitting on the edge of your bed at 2AM trying not to scream.
Sometimes it’s screaming out to the Universe all the pain you’ve been holding in — raw and demanding.
Sometimes it’s saying things that feel brutal because truth is the only language pain still understands.

Healing isn’t pretty.
It’s not poetic in the moment.
It’s raw. It’s bloody. It’s full of doubt and rage and days where you feel like the one thing that might bring relief is giving up.

But here’s what I’ve learned from being in the trenches — the real ones:

You don’t heal by avoiding the mess.
You heal by walking through it.

This past week, someone reached out to me in the middle of their storm — not gently, not gracefully. They were drowning in it.
And I didn’t come at them with fluffy affirmations or soft whispers.
I came with fire.
Because I’ve been where they are. And I refused to lie to them about what it takes to climb out of the hole.

I said things that were hard to hear.
I challenged the lies they were clinging to.
I reminded them, “Who are you to tell God He made garbage?”

That’s not sugar. That’s medicine.
And sometimes medicine burns on the way in.

This is why I started The Luminous Realm.
Not for the folks who have it all together.
Not for the ones already floating in enlightenment.
But for the ones gasping in the dark, wondering if it’s even worth it to try anymore.

This space — this offering — is for those of us who don’t just talk healing.
We’ve lived it.
We’ve clawed through the trenches, handed our light to others even while ours was flickering, and somehow still came back with something to give.

If you’re reading this and you’re in your own pit right now, hear me:
You are not alone.
Your anger doesn’t disqualify you.
Your brokenness isn’t permanent.
And your doubt doesn’t mean you’re failing — it means you’re still searching for the truth.

There’s no perfect script here.
Just one imperfect soul reaching out to another, saying:

“I’ve been there. And I’m not afraid of your mess.”
Because I’ve walked through my own.

With reverence, radiance, love and light —
