Welcome to The Luminous Realm. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
- Payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal.
- You will receive a confirmation email with session details upon successful booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 2 hours notice, via email to charmingwhiteeyes@theluminousrealm.com
- Each session may only be rescheduled once.
- Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice are considered used.
- Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided once a session is booked.
- Exceptions may only be made for true emergencies, but cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are strictly non-refundable. This time was reserved for you and could have been booked by someone else.
